What can I expect from Mystery Picnic?
The night before your adventure, you'll receive an email containing personally curated clues and riddles designed to guide you on your experience.
As you solve each riddle, you'll collect gourmet picnic items bit by bit, each clue bringing you closer to your next food pickup and to your final stunning picnic location.
This experience also allows you to explore the area and beyond with additional recommendations, optional activities, and extra points of interest along the way.
Where is the experience located?
It’s a mystery! However, every Mystery Picnic has 4 - 6 stops designed to help you explore the area and highlight boutique providers who exemplify the unique offerings of that specific region.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
While you will have shelter as you collect food from each provider, the final picnic location is outdoors.
If you are worried about the weather, you have the flexibility to alter the final location by opting to bring your gourmet picnic home instead. If you wish to change the date of your picnic, please provide at least 3 business days notice.
How long does the experience last?
This experience takes approximately 2 - 4 hours. You can certainly take longer than this if you want to go on a few detours to explore the region a bit more.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
This experience includes a full gourmet lunch including a non-alcoholic beverage, but you are also welcome to purchase additional items from the providers you visit.
Is there parking available?
If you are traveling by car, parking will be available in the area. Please note any parking costs are not included in the price of the experience.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code for this experience; casual attire is perfectly suitable. Please monitor the weather and dress accordingly. Since most Mystery Picnics involve a walking trail, consider swapping your stilettos for comfortable walking shoes for the day.

Where can I get tickets?
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, you can not transfer tickets to another person
I haven’t received my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the
Apple Store or
Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please
contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 3 business days before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Start times are between 9am-12pm depending on the picnic route. The recommended start time for your chosen route will be emailed to you once your booking has been finalized. Please arrive at your first stop no later than the recommended time.
A link to your clues including details of your first stop will be sent to you by 5pm the day prior via email. We recommend solving your first clue before heading off so you know where to start your adventure.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are only allowed on specific picnic routes. Please refer to the experience page for more information.
Is the venue accessible?
Wheelchair and stroller accessibility is available on specific picnic routes. Please refer to the experience page for more information.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are permitted during this experience. Please exercise mindfulness and ensure you engage in these activities only in designated areas, abstaining from smoking or vaping indoors.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?**
We are happy to confirm that both deaf and visually impaired people will be able to enjoy this experience. Visually impaired people will need assistance reading the clues as they are received by email
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There may be public restrooms available at various provider locations and/or your picnic site. However, we cannot guarantee this.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please
contact us.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome on this experience. We recommend booking a child's ticket for any children of 3-12 years. Children under three are welcome to come along free of charge. We recommend booking children over 12 as an adult ticket to make sure everyone has enough food.
